City Apartment

Arrived in the evening, didnt quite know where the entrance was and security guard at the gate didn't give directions. There are rental apartments in the front and the hotel is situated at the back. Met with a chinese woman who was having a shoulder massage by her son (?) who pointed downwstairs to the check in counter. TV didnt work during stay, towels looked tattered, kettle located against the wall where there was no outlet. My daughter and i checked out earlier than planned.

After the bus journey from Nadi to Suva, we didn't feel like walking to the hotel, so we took a taxi. They're are plenty at the bus station. It probably is possible to walk, though, if you don't have too much luggage! We arrived a little earlier than we had said, but we're able to check in. The room we got was large and bright. It was clean and tidy, with a huffs bathroom,with lots of hot water. The heater was leaking, and we had to empty the bucket each morning. But this was not a big deal for us. Our room didn't get cleaned either, but again, we didn't mind. We enjoyed the privacy. Apart from breakfast, which was basic but plentiful, we were not bothered by the staff. Yet I felt they were there in case of emergencies and helpful with information. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay. We were able to walk to the museum and the city centre, about 20 minutes.

In our room, the toilet was actually situated in the shower area so your feet would get wet when wanting to use the bathroom. The curtain did not completely cover the bathroom area as it only covered half of the space. There were limited food options for breakfast. The taxi service and location was convenient to be able to navigate around and we felt save as we were surrounded by multiple schools.

Decent clean room with a bathroom and tv, friendly staff, taxis available outside the building, not too far away from everything in the town.

Great staff, lovely breakfast each morning. Rooms could do with some TLC, for example wiring to the AC was dodgy and the TV box did not work at all. Otherwise clean sheets and towels, nothing was too much trouble. The pool wa great to cool off on a hot day and what attracted us to these apartments, other than the proximity to town.

Very comfortable stay. Lovely room with access to the big outdoor pool, which was so welcome. Breakfast was good with lots of options. But best of all was the staff- so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Suva

Good location, good price/quality ratio

Be prepared to wash your dishes and take out your trash. Room cleaning for my 7 night stay was only by request. Some of the flying insects in room can leave a boil and mark. Otherwise, get out and walk.
