Holiday Residence Belohorizonte

Very clean apartment with clean cotton sheets and towels. There were clear instructions for the rubbish, with separate bags for recycling and the aircom was easy to regulate - we had it off most of the time - so there is an attempt to respect the enviroment. We loved the view from our balcony.

The noise outside continued well after 23.00 our first night. The residence is set in a residential area with other houses around and street parking unless you pay 5 euros a night for a place under the car porch. We weren't sure we'd find a parking space in the evening but we did. The dimensions of the swimming pool was smaller than it looked in the photos.

Airy, modern , super comfortable and well appointed apartment room. We made a last minute booking and there was ongoing and excellent communication confirming the reservation and local information about our stay. We enjoyed the views from sun terrace and pool and were grateful for an extended check out time. Thank you and well recommended.

Location felt rural but town was walkable if you wanted to. A stroll to the local bar, had a nice vibe and good choice of drinks and food. Spacious apartment with plenty of storage, decent wi-fi and the balcony terrace was a nice place to chill with wine and enjoy the amazing view.

Surprisingly, the weather got quite warm for early April. I didn’t manage to master the A/C but windows front and rear of apartment created a cooling draft in the evening.

Everything was very nice, the view, the apartment, the property owner was great in giving directions and useful information about Macerata!

There was a warning on booking the whole time regarding the payment, and booking support informed it's because the owner didn't erase it from the booking. Was a bit concerning, but in the end everything was fine, and we could stay in the apartment booked. I recommend having some mosquito repellent things, as there is full of mosquitoes and couldn't sleep the first night. But once I got the mosquitoes repellant the next day, problem was solved.

Very clean and comfortable. Great views towards the mountains. Really easy self check in and self checkout. I didn’t actually meet anyone on the staff.

We stayed at multiple locations on this trip and this was our favorite by far Very cute apartment and the host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend it to anyone
