Hotel Cristallo

The hotel is well located on the edge of Malcesine, an easy 10 minute walk into the village center. The view over the lake from the room is magnificent. Breakfast was apple, with many options.

The decor of facility is a little dated, beds were not especially comfortable, and towels in the bathroom were threadbare. There is parking included at the rear of the property, but getting your luggage from the parking space to the room is a bit of a hassle. The matron of the hotel seemed a little put out when we ask her for ice a couple of times.

Great location, very nice breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Free parking at the back of the hotel.

Both WiFi and mobile network reception were quite bad. Tourist tax only in cash. No big issues, just something to take into account when you visit.

Die Lage war super nach Malcesine

Zimmer war sehr alt und hat nach vermodert gestunken.

La gentillesse du personnel et le parking privé.. La vue de notre terasse.

Le chemin de l'hôtel vers le centre et le lac, il faut longer la route à pied sur une route sans trottoir, un peu dangereux. La cabine de douche vraiment petite.

Relativ unfreundliches und unflexibles Personal, etwas eintöniges Frühstück. Sehr kleines Zimmer.
