"Good"

The location was perfect. The swimming pool was very clean and the house was comfortable for 5-7 people. The house was very clean inside.

The plants were sick and foul of bugs and the house outside was not very clean. The bbq was very dirt almost a fire hazard. We had a disappointing experience an hour after we arrived. The security guard rudely parked in our designated space outside our house and refused to move his car, even after we contacted management at 16:00. Despite assurances, the car wasn't moved until 20:00, causing major inconvenience as we couldn't park the cars due to size in the garage. Although the property director apologized, it's unacceptable to have staff who disrespect and hinder guests. I hope management addresses this issue to improve future stays.

The property especially the oven and the fridge was very dirty. The barbecue machine also was very dirty Also some of the with windows couldnt see outside cause the class was blurred

Everything was perfect. We loved it. Very clean. The pool was cleaned every day. We had privacy. The staff, especially Maria, who had an office on site, were very willing to help us promptly with our requests. The private gated road and house alarm made us feel extra safe! We will definitely be back!

Not a major issue, but some necessary kitchen equipment were missing. Maria was helpful in providing some of items we requested.

Lovely private and peaceful stay, as this villa block is for families. Clean facilites and friendly staff

Car hire is needed if you stay here as the main Protaras town is around a 10 minute drive but wasn’t an issue for us as we did hire one

I loved the stuff’s helpfulness. The property itself felt like home!

My only criticism would be that the BBQ was not cleaned properly but was at a decent state. I wish there was net to clean the pool more regularly.
