DEDas Frühstück und das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Auch das Zimmer mit dem Bett war Klasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, direkt am See.

Einziger negativpunkt war tatsächlich das Frühstück. Es war in jeder Beziehung sehr schlicht und Ideenlos.
DESehr schön gelegen am Walensee. Zwar direkt an der Straße und Bahnlinie, macht sich aber in den zurückliegenden Zimmern nicht bemerkbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber und lecker Essen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

GBWe had two rooms for two couples booked for just one night as we were travelling through the area. The hotel overlooks a road and main train line to the beautiful Walensee. One of our rooms had a lake view and the other faced rearwards to the mountains. I was concerned about road and rail noise but I need not have worried as the double glazing from our lake view room was excellent at keeping the noise out. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, with decent bathrooms and large showers. We ate in the restaurant and were impressed with the food, which was very tasty and prices were what you would expect in Switzerland. The staff were all very friendly, especially the young lady at reception and the waiter in the restaurant who spoke excellent English and forgave our poor German.

USThe view from the room over the lake and mountains was beautiful. The train line runs directly in front of the hotel alongside of the lake, but we could hear very little with the windows closed. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was very good.
No refrigerator or coffee in the room. No fan in the room for hot days.
