Staff very was friendly. Hosts were very accommodating. The location is very convenient for traveling to various activities around Hartbeespoort Dam. Great view of the dam from the room.

Simba was great aways helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Simba much appreciated

The carpet in the room was not clean, if you walk on it bear foot it is sticky. Main braai was not clean we had to clean it before we could braai Maybe on the information on the room, let people know that the bathroom does not have n door and it's not private

"Our stay was all in all an intimate and nice experience."

It was very clean and the supplies would definitely assist anyone who has not brought any for example shower gel, lotion, coffee/ tea supplies.

There was no view in the room we booked, that was really disappointing because we are people who are always chasing views and a downgrade from the place we stayed at the previous year. It was fully booked that’s why we didn’t go there. The tv system is also something we are not used to. We always have a smart tv where we stay for our vacations makes life so better because we just connect with our own log in details voila,we have our tv on vacation. So a smart tv would be a win for you and your tenants. DSTv is completely outdated.
