Very knowledgeable and supportive host. She’s got a lot of love for running the accommodation to please every guest. Nice, convenient terrace, especially in good weather for breakfast or nighttime discussions. The property is in walking distance from the historic city centre. Easy entry and free parking in 2 minutes on the street. We felt very welcome.

Let’s face it, it’s a tiny room with limited space. The bed mattress is soft, some like it, others not so much. The neighbourhood is derelict, though the people living here are friendly and welcoming. It feels safe even at night.

Good location for transit to Dubrovnik. Easy access, free parking available, quiet atmosphere. .

The only inconvenience would be the bathroom (very small and uncomfortable)

We had an early flight and this guest house was only a 6 minute walk to the bus station for the 4.05 AM shuttle bus to the airport. The room was very clean and Roki was there to greet us . The room also had a balcony. There is a very good restaurant nearby called Kuzina which we ate in.

The size of the bathroom is small. Toilet,sink and shower in one place but we managed for one night.

Everything was nice. The AC worked, close to the bus station, all the commodities were as promised

I knew what type of bathroom we would get but it was still disappointing. The door doesn’t really make sense (it’s slide door) and you cannot do anything in the bathroom without being heard or smelled.

Great place, has everything you need! Super nice host :)

Good location, convenient to bus station, landlord concerned about your feelings of staying.

It is a nice place to stay in Zadar. Close to the bus station, and only 20 min walk from the old town. The neighborhood is peaceful and the facilities in the apartment are excellent.
