Staff was amazing very accommodating!

It was well kept. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

I had no complaints.

They had bed bugs. They told me I still owed for the room and fraudulently charged me another $103 for the room an $50 "deposit." When I told the front desk about the bed bugs, they responded, "The manager is not in."

Hot tub water was really cold

The staff was very helpful when they realized we booked a room thru Bookings website that didn't exist. The website showed that rooms were available that had a pull-out couch bed and they don't have any such rooms so they gave us a larger room where we could get a roll out bed into it and were very apologetic. The staff went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met and followed up on it. Also we were pulling a trailer and were in town for my brother's funeral so they let us unhook it and leave it there while we attended it. Other places were not as accommodating.

The website is incorrect. There are no king size bedrooms that have a couch that pulls out to a bed. We paid the extra money for that room but it doesn't exist. The website needs to be fixed. The refrigerator is just a little bigger than a shoe box. And we couldn't get the contents of our cooler in it so we had to throw away a good portion of it that didn't stay cold in it.
