Habe das Hotel gebucht aufgrund der hier angezeigten Kühlschränke in diesen Zimmern, bei Ankunft bemerkte ich dass mein Kühlschrank fehlte und habe bei dem Hotel angerufen da keiner anwesend war. Hier wurde gesagt dass kein Zimmer mit Kühlschrank mehr frei sei, auf Anfrage einer Entschädigung wurde ich am Nächsten Morgen nochmals Kontaktiert und vorgeworfen dass ich die falsche Nummer angerufen habe und dass die Anzeige „KÜHLSCHRANK ✅“ nicht garantiert dass ich einen Kühlschrank bekomme…. Das Bett war viel zu weich, also wirklich so weich dass es Rückenschmerzen hervorgerufen hat, für 108€ pro Nacht einer absolute Frechheit

Sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Einlass wg Ruhetag per schlüsselcode problemlos, weil sehr genau beschrieben.

Lage direkt am Bahnhof, Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut.
