Fantastic place! Owner is super lovely... And the hotel is literally few minutes walk from the beach and other main attractions 🤩 we even received free coffe and carrot cake! It was super wholesome!!

Aside from a double book issue and water being cut for 2 hours... Everything was exceptional!! 😍😍 Super recommended!!

Одно из лучших мест где мне приходилось останавливаться в Батуми! Очень приятные хозяева, общительные и открытые - дай бог им здоровья !!! Останавливаются люди из разные стран, удалось немного попрактиковаться в Английском.

На территории живет несколько кошек которые направят утащить кусочек вкуснейшего сулугуни опрометчиво оставленного на общем столе под террасой… )))

Очень приятные люди Заза и Лия. Место отличное, комфортное. Если в чем нибудь нуждались, сразу получали необходимое. Заза угощал вином собственного производства. Несмотря на то, что много номеров и людей, нам никто не мешал. Лия следит, чтобы после 11 вечера было тихо. Месторасположение прекрасное, до моря и центра Батуми, а также старого города очень близко. Мы все время ходили пешком. Канатка тоже рядом. Спасибо Лие и Зазе за чудесный отдых!

Нам не хватило телевизора в нашем номере, но с другой стороны, это к лучшему, голова отдохнула😊

There’s a very cute sunlit garden and open air kitchen in the property. The host is the most lovely person you’d met. I love the fruit trees and the cute cats as well. Highly recommended!

"Nice cozy place not far from the center."

Exceptional hosts, very nice people, they do have adopted cats & a dog on the property. The location is pretty clean and cozy. Plenty of areas to chill on the property and a spacious kitchen. 24/7 stores nearby as well as some bigger ones. No issues with parking. Overall visiting Batumi Wonderland was definitely a good experience.

It was hard to find a place to stay. The place was not clean, and my whole body was itchy after I woke up. They asked for an additional cleaning fee. It was over 50% of the price of the place to stay. I regretted choosing a better place to stay for that price. The place to stay was the worst.
