Welcoming of the owner

Every two rooms are sharing the kitchen, and the kitchen is dirty with very old appliances, no electric extension, cat came and ate our food , and its waste was inside the sink. No double bed. It was a small sofa with unfitted mattresses and an uncomfortable pillow. The swimming pool is not water renewable, and some dead inscects inside so we couldn't swim. My experience was horrible.

This is not just a hotel, this is a guest house with all Georgian hospitality! Owner Lia is a super nice host. Also you can spend your time not in your room, there are many places to relax including a swimming pool.

It was really clean and there was a nice pool

There was a swimming pool, small snooker table, games and other fun activities for the kids. The room and whole guesthouse was clean. Kitchen and other common areas were really big (i appreciate that instead of using that space for building additional guest rooms they are for common use). There was a dog and kittens in the yard, kid's loved playing with them. The area was quiet, old town and beach were within walking distance. And of course - really nice and helpful owners.

Owners/staff are super friendly and helpful, true example of Georgian hospitality! Cozy inner courtyard with a small pool outside. Amazing view of the surrounding hills and mountains with a crazy long ropeway stretched across the sky is available from the terrace and from both the bedroom and bathroom through the panoramic glass wall. Bathroom has a beautiful comfortable bathtub for relaxing romantic experience. Definitely a place to stay in Batumi! Thank you for a great weekend!
