"Nice location, lots of mosquitoes, cold water"

Nice location and friendly owners.

Shower was cold and not really clean. Tons of mosquitoes and no nets for the beds. Unlike what I read from other comments, we had to pay a surcharge for late check out.

"Max makes your stay very comfortable."

We had a great stay. Max is very friendly and helpful with arranging anything you need. He made us great breakfast and gave us fresh coconuts from the garden and on top of all of that we also got a late check-out. We were also very happy with the airconditioning in our room. We will definitely come back again!

Max welcomes you with a smile and help you in any issue you may have. The room is perfectly clean and comfortable. The Sri Lanka’s style breakfast is delicious. He even offer me a late check out for free, which l really appreciate so l could have a shower before my flight back home. Excellent stay.

I really enjoyed the comfortable room, the wonderfull Sri Lankan breakfast and friendly assistence to find the right bus from Max. He is a really nice person.

"Much needed rest day and was not disappointed"

The staff were very friendly and very welcoming I’d called before booking and spoke to Max and he was extremely helpful and welcoming of me since I’d been struggling to find accommodation. The room was exceptional and extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious I highly recommend it!

Great place! Very nice owner, very helpful. Large, well-equipped room. Large, comfortable bed. Very comfortable sofa, table, mirror. Very close to the center and the ocean. The photos of the room are 100% consistent with reality. Will definitely come back!

"Pleasant"

Exactly as I wanted, quiet and away from the hustle of city, only 200 meters from beach, spacious and surrounded by nature. Absolute value for money. Nice breakfast included in the rent. The owner(Max) very welcoming and always ready to help in every way he can.
