The Drayton Hotel Savannah, Curio Collection by Hilton

Arriving we were greeted by the valet attendant who was friendly and accommodating. The front desk lady was also friendly and had our room key in less than a minute. We are so impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the lobby. Upon entering our room, we were once again impressed by the decor and spotlessly clean suite. After dinner out, we returned to the hotel and made our way up to the rooftop terrace and bar. Again, excellent service with beautiful weather and lovely music. The bar on the main floor is also very nice and everyone is so friendly. A comfortable nights sleep and breakfast at the restaurant ended a perfect experience.

The front desk will not inform you on anything other than handing you a key to your room. I found out what the resort fee covers and that the fee includes a daily restaurant credit on the website later. Our room did not get cleaned, and when we brought up to their attention at night when we got back to the hotel, their response was that there is nothing they can do as they don’t have a cleaning crew at night. I also had to remind them twice for us to get some fresh towels at least. They seem disorganized, and they certainly don’t live up to the Hilton standards when it comes to service. We won’t be going back.

Awesome staff and the hotel is beautiful. You have to pull into the alley for the valet, and it's really pricy.

The Drayton is right in the heart of a busy area, yet manages to impart a classic, calming vibe. Rooftop bar is a nice touch. Decent sized room, comfortable beds.

Quaint and hip. Excellent restaurant.

Our room was too small. Parking was horrific. Especially as it was pouring outside.

Very awkward check in- no place to safely unload without blocking alley or road. Staff nice enough . Great location a block from river. Nice lobby.

Loved that all the attractions were within walking distance. Great to have a restaurant on site.
