Nice hotel to stay in Khujand, easy for parking, big and nice room, the staff are friendly

All is great

The hotel was a good value for money. The room was spacious and tidy. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. We generally enjoyed our stay.

Communication was very poor. We selected the option that offered airport pick up (round trip) at a bit higher price. We wanted to confirm about it by message, but didn't get a reply. So, we even made a phone call, but the person who answered passed the phone to another person who didn't know about the offer. To make it short, it wasn't well arranged at all. They don't seem know or understand what their hotel offers at booking.com. There were a few roaches in the bathroom that my husband had to kill. :(

Very comfortable, if not fancy, hotel. The staff is exceptional, super polite, friendly and helfpful. Especially the wonderful breakfast lady Dilia made our whole trip. Thank you!

It’s not in the centre but still good to reach.

Staff was great. Especially lady in breakfast room, also the security guy friendly, caring and ready to help. Good location, public bus stop right in front of hotel, easy and cheap to get everywhere.

The only issue but for me an important one was when it came to payment. Hotel page on booking explicitly states "cash is not accepted", yet the reception guy started the old trick that machine is broken and insisted on dollars, supposedly boss told him. What would they do if I did not offer cash in euros? And I had to explicitly ask for confirmation of payment. If they charge my credit card how would I prove it? Very very disappointing.
