"Exceptional"

The are area is quite tranquil. We stayed in the villa. It provided us with sufficient room and comfort for a family of five. The villa eventhough quite old was well maintained with filtered water dispensor .

The need to order dinner before 5pm

"Disappointing"

Very old rooms, especially the villa, everything is not well maintained. very disappointed with our booking. However, the restaurant served good foods. we enjoyed our pre-booked dinner very much.

The staff at the front desk (Rachel) is not polite, especially when we told her about the bad conditions of the villa and trying to show her the pictures but she acted very rude to us. Very disappointed with the service
