Amazing hosts, very nice family room with private bathroom and access to lovely garden. Free breakfast (cereal, toast, coffee, fruit) included in the price. Room was very clean and had everything that is necessary.

Fantastic hosts. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. I usually stay in hotels but this was so much better. Everywhere was incredibly clean, I could smell the bed linen had been freshly washed, the en-suite shower was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable (especially the pillows). Tea and coffee facilities were also provided in the room. Fantastic buffet breakfast with cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, juices, hot drinks included in the price of the room, and cooked breakfast cooked to order upon request. It was a really hot week in Newquay but the room managed to stay relatively cool so I slept well every night. The location is perfect for walking to the beaches. Overall, a wonderful guest house that I’m already recommending to others.

Karen is really welcoming. Our favourite is room 7 . It has everything we need. Guaranteed a parking space. Walking distance to the beach and the shops. Have stayed here several times and will be returning next month.

Lovely property, very clean. Spacious and attractive room and very comfortable bed. Buffett breakfast had everything we needed, and offered cooked breakfast for extra charge. Only 15 minute walk into town. Our hosts Karen and her son Andy were very welcoming and friendly 😊

Everything was absolutely fine, nothing to dislike.

A continental breakfast was provided,we could have had a cooked breakfast at an additional cost but we were planning on having cooked meals out so didn’t require it. The room we were allocated was clean,fresh and had everything we needed.Comfortable beds and pillows,and the bathroom was spotless.The owners were friendly and we had a tour of the beautiful garden and fish pond.Location was fab,short walk into town and beaches.I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
