اعجبني تعامل واخلاق موظفي الاستقبال بالذات مستر عمر جدا خلوق وراقي ومحترم ومرن ساعدنا بتوفير سياره مع سائق اخلاقه طيبه وايضا مستر علي جدا خلوق ومحترم ومرن ، الافطار جدا جميل ، توفير سيارة قولف تحت الطلب للتوصيل للمطعم والبحر ، الفيو جدا جميل ، الساونا والحمام العثماني يفرغوه لك وللعائله وقت الحجز جدا رائع

المكان هداي ومعزول ، ومافي نشاطات ، وايضا اذا فتحت باب البكلونه يطفي المكيف وتحتر الغرفه

The place was very beautiful with nice views on the opposite side of the beach, the walking passages and orange bridges outside through the beautiful green trees and nature was also beautiful. The beach with the black sand and rocks was spectacular but keep in mind that the hotel is on the other side of the beach so you have to get down, cross the street and then find the way down to the beach, lastly we appreciate of course the cooperation of the managers and they listened carefully to our complaints and promised us a better accommodation next time!! 🙏🏼

The reception was bad actually, we checked in during a rain storm while the receptionist was standing inside just staring, the room was smaller than expected and was kind of annoying, the bathroom seat was not clean pretty dirty to be honest, the staff at the restaurant weren’t professional nor friendly.

الفندق جميل للغاية والخدمات ممتازه خصوصا الفطور من اكثر الامور المميزة في الفندق الفطور يعتبر الفطور الافضل على الاطلاق ويوجد الاخ علي انسان محترم وخدوم جدا

المكان جميل جدا وهو بحد ذاته مكان للتنزه جبل وشاطئ وبحر فعلا من اجمل الاماكن التي سكنتها فطورهم لذيذ جدا وكذلك يوجد مطعم على البحر تابع للمنتجع عشاهم لذيذ ومرتب جدا إطلالته ساحره

The view was stunning/ the breakfast and the restaurant staff was great also

The room service we call them they say okay we will come but they never come 😂 it happened 5 times
