"Good accomodations, we just had the bad luck of noisy neighbors."

The Receptionist (Catherine "Cat") was friendly and moved us to a room that she thought would be quieter than the one we had booked b y chance (which was next to an elevator). We did not request the move, she just thought it would be a better room.

Well, though the room she moved us to was fine, the people in the room next to ours were very loud, and the noise they made penetrated the thin door that separates the two rooms. If you are going to have doors between adjoining rooms they should be soundproofed to some extent. Cat offered to move us, but we declined.
