Very pleasant one night stay to the hotel. Well presented and well set up to be covid secure. Would highly recommend staying. Beach across the road!

Beautifully renovated B&B, leagues above the Best Western Hatfield Hotel. Hosts are amazing and the room I stayed in had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfy and slept like a log. The room had been well insulated unlike a lot of the other B&Bs and hotels in Lowestoft which made my sleep and overall experience ever so better. Definitely recommend staying here. A perfect template for what a B&B should be and certainly a B&B that the local community should also get behind.

I would recommend this hotel to visitors from all walks of life.

so good, excellent communication from start to finish, great room and spotless ensuite, such pleasent helpful hosts, great continental breakfast and plenty of hot options, free water bottle fridge on landing. Over and above quality and so so cheap.Wish i could post over 100%

Very clean and fresh hotel. Decor lovely and the owners friendly and welcoming without being over the top! Location great . Breakfast had lots of fruit and pastry choices with cooked breakfast if you can squeeze it in,as an additional cost We absolutely loved this hotel

Fantastic hotel , great location right on beach , many restaurants close by .Fantastic breakfast at hotel . would definitely come back . Lovely lounge area for guest to enjoy a drink and a board game and meet other guests . very wellcoming owners nothing was too much trouble .

Situated in a perfect location for walking. This hotel is perfect a short break. The staff were lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, clean and very quiet. The service we received was above excellent. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be using them for all future stays.

Nice hotel, Jane was very friendly and helpful,the hotel had some nice touches and It felt very clean and safe in the current climate, not to far from town about a 20 minute walk and excellent position for a quiet beach just through the park and there are toilets and a cafe on the beach. Excellent value for money.
