Woke up to scratching and found a bed bug which I recorded and showed to the front desk

Dirty!!

The room was dirty and the sofa bed was pretty beat up and dirty. I called the front desk and asked for a different room. It was better but not by much. I was shown two other rooms one was cleaner the other was worse than the original room. Neither of them fit our needs. We decide to move to the first room he took us to. It had a king bed and a sofa bed. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed as it didn't have any on it. The television was not user friendly. The guide kept scrolling but wouldn't let us select any of the channels. After getting settled in the bed I saw something moving on the top sheet I pinched it and picked it up, it was an ant. I put away all of the drinks and food items that were on the night table and crossed my fingers that there weren't any more. The room was quiet and we were able to sleep ok. Breakfast was ok but not great. I rent at room at this Best Western because we've had very good accommodations at them. That was not the case with this one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

got charged $100 had no heat and got charged $100 couldn't even shower

My experience at this hotel was decent. Likes: Staff was courteous, Maintenance happened to fix the cable (so more tv channels were made available), space was quiet. Dislikes: Breakfast could have more options, the room could be detailed/ more deeply cleaned, but it was acceptable.

Pool

The hotel is in a great location and close to Notre Dame, as well as the highway. The hotel was in ok condition, as the carpets NEED replaced, however the room was comfortable once in bed and clean otherwise.
