This property canceled my guaranteed non refundable reservation without consulting me. We were there to check in at 8:46 pm. There was NO MENTION OF LATE CHECK-IN TIME. The property just canceled our reservation

The hotel was not in good condition and did not smell great. The beds were ok, and we asked for a pullout bed and did not receive it.

The AC in our room only worked sporadically so the room got stuffy and humid. We didn't realize it was a problem until we'd already moved in and got ready for bed, so we didn't alert the management until morning.
