Shower head fell off when I began to shower first thing, toilet seat was so loose I thought it was broken and the carpet was sticky

Sheets were clean but with residual “stains”. Front desk did not answer phone. Curtains are designed not to close so besides privacy, exterior flood lights prevent darkened room. Carpet is tacky and room has a smell. That may be why AC set to 66. OTH, staff is nice. If this is “Plus”, not sure what base accommodations are.

Really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, staff friendly, my dog felt right at home, and most of all I felt safe during a very unsafe time. Thank you to the staff.

Met our needs

Had a homeless woman and her dog sleeping in the stairwell outside our room

When checking in there was a dispute going on. They gave me a room that was not clean or made up. The kids in the hall said that was their Dad's room and apparently he was kicked out. I felt unsafe so I asked for my money back and he did refund. Please make sure I was refunded.
