Convenient to everything… train & bus station, helpful information about how to get to places… walk, bus,, train, cycle tour shop, all the sights worth seeing with wonderfully warm and helpful staff.

Just one lift would have improved the floor ups and downs. Stairs outside at the back certainly helped when leaving the building.
