"スタッフの接客指導ができていない。"

予約時の料金と違う金額の支払いを要求された。それに理由を求めると、何の誤りもなく宿泊税がかかってるからだと。事前に説明も全く無かった。当たり前のように「申し訳ありません、払って下さい」前回は料金が違うと対応してくれたが、スタッフによって対応が違うとは、指導ができていない。滞在期間、非常に不愉快だった。
