"Welcoming staff, clean rooms, great location"

Great location in downtown Grand Rapids with the art museum next door. Easy to walk around. We live in nyc so we had no problem walking to restaurants and bars on the other side of the river. The area is quiet and not very busy (we were there on a weekday). The room was so clean, modern, and fresh! Shout out to Justin in the front desk for just so warm, friendly, welcoming, and just awesome! Shout out to Jose at the bar for recommending restaurants and bars! Would def stay again.

Not that we didn’t like it, but just a note to people with cars, the parking lot that’s in front of the hotel is NOT their parking lot. The parking for the hotel is shared with the JW Marriott, which is only a 4 min drive and walk away. Park your car there, get the ticket, give it to the front desk when checking in and they’ll add it to your bill. You can drive in and out of the garage at the flat rate of $29.
