AVOID BOOKING THIS GUEST HOUSE The room was absolutely filthy ..!! It was in a sorry state of disrepair and resembled a squat not a Guest house. Imagine turning a bed back to see someone else’s pubic hairs in there, not to mention dirty stained sheets….!! There were clean towels but no running water to get washed in the shared bathroom. Owner told me whilst again chasing a refund 2 days later, the middle bathroom wasn’t working… so how do you wash your hands after using the loo? Surely the H&SE inspect these properties. There were holes in the wall covered with masking tape, clearly the door had been kicked in and the frame held together with expanding foam, not to mention a dodgy lock…!! This was a guest house from hell and booking.com need to remove it. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, he wasn't remotely interested in my complaints or requesting a refund. Twenty minute’s after arriving I decided to leave and find a suitable room elsewhere. It would appear by several conversations with the owner he wont be refunding me, after requesting a refund today his words were “what do want me to do”? Take it up with booking.com. Hopefully my review will make any potential guests save their money book elsewhere and avoid this not fit for purpose squalor and the dreadful experience I had.

"Horrendous, easily the worst 20 minutes in a guest house ever"

Location was handy

It was absolutely filthy dirty . In a scruffy state of disrepair . No running water in bathroom sink. Holes in walls, bedding was disgusting and dirty with pubic hair in. It’s an absolute horror story! I was there for 20 minutes before walking out . Not happy!
