Maintenance is needed in the rooms. it was raining and water was dripping from the ceiling. the rooms are very large but not cleaned thoroughly, there was unwashed dirt in every corner. the food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was incredibly nice. but the stay is definitely not worth the money

Very special location in the jungle. The te ya we’re really great and comfortable, the staff made us feel like at home, and the food we las really delicious.

The build is good but it’s not worth spending $150 a night

The property is made well but has not been maintained. there is no comm channel between the guest and the administration. the staff is kind but not at all at the standard of a luxury property. everything seems to be very laid back and the service feels like a common $30 per night hotel like. I was seriously disappointed with the experience

It was very poorly maintained. The yurt was falling apart, the vegetation was not maintained and there was rotten trees and leaves everywhere. When it rained the stone stairs became slippery due to all the leaves, plus all the trail lamps didn’t work , glad we had headlamps. Yurt was unsafe and falling apart, they told us to step on two planks at a time. Staff was overworked and one dude picked us up rowing us with a canoe, fixed the air condition, cooked and served food. This was by far was not worth the premium price we paid at $330 a night. Lack of variety on the food, not transparent pricing and we got hit by a final bill that surprised us. What a dump!

Incredible location, very cozy villas, wonderful food.

Almost impossible to reach by road, which was not clear in the description and would have altered our decision.

Everything at Pavillions was perfect. The staff was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The food was amazing. The service unparalleled.
