Me agradó la atención muy cordial, amables y respetuosos. Es un hotel familiar ya que en el desayuno nos encontramos a familias desayunando con sus niños, por lo que nos sentimos identificamos. Todos los días hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Estuvieron atentos para abrirnos la puerta del hotel en las noches y pueden ayudar a contactar un transporte si es necesario.

Lastimosamente no había toalla de pie para salir de la ducha, por lo que nos tocó colocar en el piso una prenda de ropa nuestra para no mojar todo el baño. Al ducharnos vimos que el desague estaba un poco tapado porque el agua se acumuló en el piso de la ducha, por lo que la mejor opción para no inundarse es cerrar la llave miestras se enjabona. No había shampoo ni acondicionador, pero se puede comprar ahí mismo en recepción, lo cual ayuda si se llega muy tarde en la noche.
