A estrutura do hotel é ótima, tudo limpo e organizado.

Tivemos dificuldade para ligar o ar condicionado e as pilhas do controle da TV estavam fracas. Liguei para a recepção solicitando esses ajustes e simplesmente nos ignoraram, ninguém apareceu para resolver... Por sorte meu marido conseguiu entender o controle universal do ar e configurou da forma correta e não morremos de calor.

"Experiência no Intercity Itupeva muito boa"

O quarto é amplo e bem completo, com uma cama muito confortável e limpa. O ambiente estava organizado. O banheiro possuía ótimas condições, um chuveiro potente e com boa vazão, além que o hotel Intercity disponibilizou amenidades tais como shampoo e sabonete líquido, creme dental, toca de banho dente outros. O café da manhã que foi servido estava muito gostoso e com todos os itens para uma boa refeição. O restaurante é espaçoso e não forma filas. Aproveitei para almoçar neste restaurante também e gostei do prato e custo-benefício. A piscina do hotel é limpa e dá para aproveitar muito em dias de sol. Vale a pena se hospedar no Intercity Itupeva e super recomendo.

Eu gostei de tudo. Não há nada que tenha me desagradado. O hotel está de parabéns pela organização.
