Já me hospedei no hotel outras vezes, mas desta vez se superaram. Além de melhorias nas instalações da piscina, restaurante e área pet, a equipe demonstrou preparo, gentileza e flexibilidade para recepcionar na chegada e atender todas as necessidades que tivemos durante a estadia. Recomendo muito e, quando possível, voltaremos. Sensacional.

O quarto nao tem uma boa acoustica. O ar condicionado tem uma luz azul extremamente forte e atrapalha bastante o sono. Minha irma se hospedou em outro quarto e tambem reclamou do barulho e da luz do ar condicionado.

O café da manhã estava gostoso e com boa variedade.

Cheguei para fazer o check-in com o número da reserva em mãos, mas não conseguiram localizá-la. Ficamos cerca de 30 minutos na recepção tentando resolver, e no final tivemos que fazer uma nova reserva, pagando ainda $2 a mais. O banheiro do quarto estava sujo, com respingos na pia e o box bem sujo, o que deixou a experiência negativa.

I have been staying in this hotel for three days now and I really regret choosing it for my business trip. First of all, there was not even a bottle of water in the room upon arrival – only paid drinks in the minibar. The minibar fridge is constantly leaking, and the air conditioning cannot be properly adjusted. It is either extremely cold or completely off. The worst problem, however, is the massive cooling and ventilation systems running directly below the windows. Even with the windows closed and using earplugs, the noise is clearly audible. Opening the window to get fresh air is impossible because the noise is louder than heavy street traffic. Sleeping with CLOSED window and without earplugs is almost not possible. Unfortunately, I still have to stay here for another 1.5 weeks. It is probably not a coincidence that the hotel charges everything immediately upon arrival while the invoice is only provided at checkout. Another surprising issue is communication. At the reception, practically no English is spoken. Everything has to be translated via a mobile phone, and then I have to translate my responses back the same way. I have never experienced this in a hotel before. Update: I would like to mention that the hotel offered me alternative rooms on the 5th floor. However, after viewing them, I decided to decline the offer. The reason was mold in both rooms on the 5th floor. Another issue concerns the invoice for my company: you do not receive an invoice on-site, only a promise that it will be sent by email within 48 hours. Three days later, I still had not received any invoice, so I submitted a complaint via Booking. Instead of focusing on my business during and after the stay, I had to deal with issues related to the hotel.

Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Fácil acesso à estrada ligando ao centro da cidade e também à cidade vizinha de Jundiaí. Para o que precisava, foi perfeito.

Precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado da equipe de manutenção com o banheiro.
