This hotel was very nice, spacious and close to the Cancer Center. Walking distance on a nice day. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Shuttle service avaliable if needed. I highly recommend this property if you have Cleveland Clinic visit where an overnight stay is required!

Parking was a little confusing, it's behind the property and unloading luggage was a challenge . Suggestion right behind the hotel is a parking garage where you park, but to avoid carrying bags long distances; use the little alley right before the garage and directly behind the hotel. It's one way, you can drop your backs at the rear entrance and then park your car in the garage!

I like the shuttle service provided and the kitchen in the room.

I did not like that you have to pay $25 a night for parking. I did not like that the bathroom was not clean and had hair all over it. The dishes in the kitchen were all dirty. The staff was pretty rude. Breakfast was mid eggs were like water.

Full-size refrigerator, walk-in shower, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, and most importantly pet friendly! I enjoyed relaxing in your beautifully decorated lounge. Excellent location for the primary reason for my stay- an appointment with the Cleveland Clinic.

I really cannot think of anything.

We travelled here from Vancouver,Canada on Tuesday April 14. We left our house at 11:00am and due to very bad weather in Chicago (3 hours on the runway-5 hours in the airport)our flight was cancelled. We spoke with Krystal at the front desk on 3 occasions to keep her updated as the RI was sold out. She reassured us that our room would be waiting for us. The staff and everything about our hotel has been excellent. Thank you!
