Beautiful facility and pleasant staff but the air conditioner in my room made terrible loud noises every time it turned on. Sound like a huge truck was coming in the window. The fan sounded like metal hitting metal. Not much sleep.

Great location close to Grand Ole Opry, Nashville downtown & ventured into Bowling Green, Kentucky & Franklin, Kentucky!! Had a great recommendation for dinner. Thank you Holiday Inn Express in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
