Flat was convenient

Whole booking was a fiasco. After booking Send passport photo or driving licence. Then bring it again with proof of address to pick up the key. At the end of the stay. Bag and bin rubbish wash and store cutlery and dishes then take the key back to office.

Excellent location, easy access and a short stroll to the quay in Poole where there are restaurants and shops.

Very comfortable bed, good shower, spotlessly clean. Great position. About 10mins walk to harbour, bus station. Close to Poole park.

Location great as tucked away from noise or crowds of harbour, but easy to access amenities. Easy to find. Layout of apartment well proportioned and very comfortable. Was equipped with everything we needed. Lovely shower. Tastefully decorated including outside space. Lovely retreat, quiet and private

We stayed for a week, but for most of it, we lost the broadband internet connection, which we did report

*We enjoyed the wine and the sweets left, and we thank you for your kindness. *the house was very clean, the bed linen smelled very good, as did the entire house, the decoration, the house has all the necessary utensils, cleaning materials, if necessary, they were available. I liked the concern that the person took in leaving instructions on how to use it and how to use it, it's worth a lot
