It’s exceptionally clean and neat!!

It needs more chairs in each room. We only had a single little table chair. There were 2 of us with family members that stopped by. One chair? A table needs at least 2 and no couch it any other chair in room. Totally bare. Fridge was stuffed. I could not place a single left over in fridge … so I had to take out most of the drinks they placed in there. Too many drinks and no room for a customers drink or food.

The Staff

My husband and I got married back in December and stayed in Alexandria for a mini moon. Everything about our stay was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of sparkling wine, snacks (chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels, macarons) and a hand written note congratulating us on our recent marriage, welcoming us to our room. Every single staff member we interacted with was also amazing. Bartenders, servers, front desk, valet - tens across the board. Shoutout to the housekeeping staff for maintaining such a safe, clean, beautiful building. Nigel and Jules, I believe their names were, welcomed us at check in and set the tone for the rest of our stay. A third gentleman helped us check out and sent us off with a box of chocolates. I never write reviews, but that last bit of razzle pushed me over the edge. Overall just an outstanding experience. I’m very grateful to the whole Alexandria team for taking care of my husband and I and starting our marriage off on the best foot.

I love everything about property I will forever stay here I just had one issue with my room and my door lock it kept making a loud sound all night long
