One of the best hotels I've stayed at this year -- largely because of the staff, room and location. As literally the only decent hotel in the area of the ruins, I'd expected it to be pretty packed. But My Son is a bit off the beaten path, so it was pretty empty. And yet...the staff both in the evening and morning had amazing energy, made me feel super welcome, greeted me at the door coming in, and walked me to the other side when I was on the way to the ruins...every time. Some of the most charming people you'll meet in Vietnam all seem to be working at this hotel! The room was also way beyond my expectations. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It was spacious, with a view over the pool. And that shower...just as with my hotel in Hoi An...all brass fixtures in the rainforest shower -- so classy, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for your stay. And a shout out to the morning staff -- the worker guys started up fairly early that morning by the pool (Things in Vietnam start basically once there's daylight). I had worked until almost 3am in my room, so I really needed some sleep...I called down to reception to complain...and I honestly didn't expect much. But wow. Within two minutes...silence. And the lead reception staff working when I went...almost late...to breakfast, apologized for the noise and told me they had made sure it would be quiet until I got up. I mean, in what hotel on earth have you ever had that level of customer service? Never, for me. This was just amazing. So my genuine thanks for what ended up being a good sleep. Ok, finally -- the location. The entrance to the road that heads up to the My Son Sanctuary is maybe 200m up the road...then it's about a two minute drive up to the actual ruins area. I went both yesterday evening and this morning. So the proximity was great. Really fantastic stay. Thanks so much!

The pool was super beautiful, as was the hotel itself. It was really quiet and clean. We slept very well. The rooms and the hotel looked pretty new: it definitely deserves more guests than it had while we were there. The staff was engaged to do us every favor, even if their English speaking skills were limited. We could communicate everything with google translate. They offered good food for lunch and dinner. The hotel is surrounded by a cute village. We spent 5 hours at the My Son site, since we stayed close by. It was nice to feel the energy of this ancient place, which would not possible with a two hour bus tour. The hotel offers free bicycles, and there is an electric shuttle car for a little fee to take you to the temples.

Beautiful hotel with lots of charm . Great value for money. Don’t miss out on the spa/ massage. Absolutely wonderful. We chose the banquet/ set menu for lunch which was really taste and great value.

On our second day we didn’t have any hot water for the shower.

Nice rooms and grounds and a good sized pool. Would be great when the weather warms up.

Quiet as it’s Tet so breakfast was limited

こちらでの滞在は本当に素晴らしいものでした！ 空港からタクシーで1時間ほどで到着します。 深夜の到着にも関わらず、きちんと待機してお迎えしてくださいました。 ミーソン遺跡まで車で10分ほど、ホテルから車で連れて行ってくださいます。足の悪い父と一緒でしたので本当に助かりました。

Perfectly clean, beds are super comfy. Everything looks even too luxurious for this price. Stuff is very nice and polite. Breakfast was good.

Everything would've been totally perfect, if the stuff could speak a bit more English.

- no breakfast buffet as said in booking. They said 'due to low season'. - got charged for minibar beers although we did not consume them but only took them out of the fridge. They said it made the beers bitter and they couldn't sell them to next customers ?!! (That is some desperate excuse to squeeze money out of your guests!) - sharp edges inside the pool, poor design. We got cuts. - smelly bathroom - bath tub plug very problematic
