I seen a few roaches

They have roaches, I actually have a pic of one on the wall, the toilet seat was broken the sliding bathroom door was broken, they only had sheets no blankets, the room was not clean there was stuff on the toilet and stuff on the sheets like food crumbs I will never book with them again

Muy sucio, olía todo a cigarrillo a marihuana. El desayuno estaba fatal, duermes con miedo

The room seemed clean but after spending the night had woken up to bedbugs and little nest on the side of the bed absolutely disgusting and will never he rerturning back and wanting a refund for what i had to go through more money spent

The bed was very comfortable as long as the sheet wasn't coming off.

They had 2 half rolls of toilet paper. The room stunk. Kids running up and down the hallway. The shower floor was nasty. The pictures on the web site were probably from when it opened.

The little old lady handling the check-in process was very slow took way too long with the people in front of me you should never have to wait that long. It's it's ridiculous that nobody is in the other hotel to check you in it's like it feels like you're staying at a completely abandoned Hotel! Because there's literally a sign that says go to the other hotel to check in and then come back to where your room is I've never seen that in my entire life

The ice machine was completely broken everything is in disrepair there were wires hanging out of the wall the light bulbs didn't work the pocket door was stuck inside the wall to the bathroom you couldn't even close the door to the bathroom! The whole shower valve was wiggling in the wall it was not cleaned properly either, the pillows look like they had been washed 400 times and we're all bunched up nothing like I've ever seen before. And the vending machines literally has a sign on it that says use at your own risk😅😅😅 and there was nothing for breakfast it was like a cereal dispenser and some guy standing there making waffles you couldn't get anything yourself so there was no breakfast
