Horrible conditions drug addicts hanging out in lobby and parking lot. Dirty towels bed covers horrible floor and walls dirty. Not secure any where on the property. I was surprised expedia had this on the listed. The worst was the toilet paper was to roll that appeared to be wet and sock

We had on towel for a family of 5. We asked for more towels and blankets and extra pillows and they said they were out. How does a hotel expect that many people to use 1 towel. The pictures on the site do not reflect how clean the hotel and rooms were.

The whole place was falling apart. The building was shabby and not very clean. Neither ice machine worked. We only had one towel and after three calls to the front desk, we still had no towels. Breakfast was spartan but the attendant was very friendly and efficient. The room was cheap.

Always eat elsewhere, slept well, good internet, good location

All the hotels in this area are horrible. We never stayed atnthe days in because there was a fight right in front of the enterance and they didnt have any rooms clean. They switched my reservation mind u this is at 345pm check in starts at 3. And they were gonna charge me. Told me to wait 5-10 min for them to find me a room. Took a hour. I had to chasenthe manager down outside. When we got our room they were still "cleaning" it. Door was wide open. We didnt have pillow cases or towls and barely had any toilet paper. They tossed the pillow cases on the bed for us to put on. Never got towels or toilet paper. Air-conditioner was loud. People lingering all over. Constant traffic. Looks like drug and prostitution area.

It was filthy and suspect unsafe. Floors were literally sticky wherever we walked...whether inside the room or not. This place was over run with smell of marijuana and I don't know what else. we felt terribly unsafe and got out as soon as we could. We wouldn't spend the night there and consequently had to go quite a ways away before we could find another hotel availability. It was concerning and obviously our bad choice in booking. I would like a full refund.

I want a refund. There weren't any phones in the rooms. The blankets had burn holes in them. Stain on the sheets, pool slimy and cloudy. Kids and adults are yelling and screaming in the halls. Not happy at all. I'll never be back
