Some variety at B'fast from day to day please! Maintenance issues around the property and hot water not easy to come.

It was very loud

This charming hotel is perfectly located near the Ajijic plaza, close to everything in town. The rooms are beautifully designed, with spacious, comfortable beds. What truly stands out, though, is the incredible staff. They’re friendly, helpful, and wonderfully accommodating. During our stay, we were in another town when our son, who had stayed behind at the hotel, woke up feeling hungry. Although the hotel doesn’t offer room service, the staff went above and beyond by leaving the hotel to get him food, ensuring we didn’t need to rush back—such thoughtful service!

The hotel offers a continental breakfast, including boiled eggs and pan dulce (we aren’t breakfast eaters, so we didn’t try it). Our only minor complaint was the coffee, which wasn’t to our liking. However, we didn’t mention it until the last day since we were getting coffee from a fantastic café right across the street.

very quiet and peaceful with a wonderful staff of upbeat diligent people. lovely decor all around and great places to work and relax. very conducive for working remotely. lots of places to sequester yourself in the lounge, bar and terrace. the continental breakfast was perfect: lots of great coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, eggs etc. loved my stay. Jesus, the manager, is the best.

I have no complaints.
