There was no pool as specified and no microwave in the room.

They’re not helpful at all

The front desk clerk was friendly. There were people living in the hotel that had their doors open and it made me feel strange. It needs updating. No breakfast. No pool.

I never complain, but this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, the property itself is a total dump, and they have a problem with the "clientele" that frequent the property that made them adopt a policy that you must live 50 miles away in order to rent a room here.

No complimentary breakfast, Pool was closed and the TV didn’t work, but honestly didn’t need all that stuff because we were out and taking in all Colorado had to offer. Would I stay there again, oh yeah and yes I would use Expedia.com again and again

Spent one night in May at hotel. The hotel was closing the next day for renovations. The biggest item was that we paid more for this hotel as thought they were going to have some type of continental breakfast but had nothing. The hotel was in disarray - towels all over the place, rooms were opened. some concerning people in parking lot. AVOID this hotel at all costs. Choicehotels and ECONO should be ashamed to have ECONO on this hotel.

This property should be reflagged as a Motel 6! Room was clean but towels were thin and small, pillows were small, sheets were thin. No inroo. Coffee, no hair dryer, no Iron, no clock, way to basic. No breakfast, no coffee, piol closed for maintenance.

Soiled sheets . Soiled and stained mattress gross like out of a dumpster gross and add in 1 bedbug .demanded a refund and 3 hours later got it

It felt uncomfortable because the people outside. Looked very shady.

Coco & Margo were awesome.
