The room was big and clean. The location is great, in a walking distance to port for the ferry to Jeju Island. The staff was very friendly, and they allowed us to leave our baggage there before and after checkout. We got a nice welcome drink (soft drink) per our choice.

The location is convenient, but carrying the heavy suitcase up to the third floor was not fun at all.

The bed sheets are not clean and are of very poor quality. Also, the floor mat and towels did not look clean, and the old stains on the sofa had been left unattended.

Friendly and very responsive owner who can speak English very well.. Location is good within 8-12 mins walk to ferry terminal, bus terminal and many good restaurants.

None - except that there is no lift that you need to carry your own luggage up to your room that’s located at level 3-5. But this is clearly stated in the booking page so no complain.
