La Pennichella

Everything. Vittorio was there to meet us on our arrival. He took us to the best view from Agerola, and he was always on hand to give us advice on the best way to travel to places and the best places to park. I wish we had been there a little longer because I would have loved to have taken a cookery lesson with his wife. Maybe next time.

Everything is OK, The householder is very, very friendly. Drive his car and take us to go that path of the God

Owner was wery helpful. From start I didn't listen to him but then I realised i was wrong. He knows everything around. He explained all you need to know. Where to go and how to go. And most importantly he always given us a lift to start point.

Furniture outdated and there wasn't TV. And he needs to think about electric ventilators. It was wery hot.

Location is perfect: close to the Amalfi coast (but far away enough from the mass tourism) and close to Napoli, Vesuvio, Pompeï, Herculaneum etc. The host and his wife are super, super friendly. A fresh home made limoncella every day but more important, so many useful tips and suggestions for the logistics in this area. E.g. how to go in the best way to the coast (without stress or paying 6 euro per hour for a parking place; if you can find any); how to go to Napoli by car without getting stuck in the Napolitanian traffic (best parking garage to avoid traffic jams); what to do in Napoli when it is your fist time visit to this city; how to buy a ticket for parking at the Vesuvio parking place etc. The host brings you personally to the bus stop in order to have a guaranteed sitting place in the bus; he brings you to the start of hikes. The hosts make your stay so much more convenient. In two words: incredibly good!

Within the context of the very positive experiences and review, if there is one thing that would have rated our stay a 10+ : two relax chairs on the perfect terrace (with view on the see at one hand and view on the hills/mountains at the other side), would have been even more ideal.

The host was very friendly and accommodating, he answered all our questions regarding our trip and even went the extra mile to pick us up when we got lost and bring us to the bus station. He treats his visitors like family. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we need

The location is quite far from Amalfi, it will take a 40 hr min ride to the center

Welcoming, caring hosts. Nothing too much trouble, helped me with directions, my washing, homemade limoncello and giving me a lift in the car to the path of the gods. Felt like home away from home and it was only one night. The location is so rural, peaceful and quiet but only 2 minutes from a shop and 1 minute from a pizzeria (both accepting Apple Pay).

The mattress is my room was hard and quite thin but I managed to sleep well with help of the many soft pillows (and also could just be my personal preference) so not worth a mark off!

We loved the beautiful landscape of Agerola. This accomodation has a wonderful terrace where you can sit and enjoy the mountain range of the Amalfi coast. A perfect getaway for travellers. The host Vittorio was very kind in helping us arrive to the property and guided us in navigating around the Amalfi coast. He showed us how to get from Agerola to Positano, as well as giving me great information of the nearby trek: Path of the gods. We are very appreciative of his kindness and generosity. We hope to see him again when we return to the Amalfi coast. Matt and Kayla :)

The highlight of the property are the owners/hosts. Vitto and Doris welcome you and treat you as if you’re visiting their own home. We received some tips and advice on how to spend our days and Vitto even drove us to a bus stop 10 minutes away to ensure we get into the bus before it gets too crowded.

Very little that I didn’t like. The few things that could be improved is to freshen up the furnishings. It was a bit dated; but then again, we spent so little time inside, that it almost didn’t matter.

The place was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing but most importantly, the hosts were just incredible. So kind!!! They even made us a wonderful dinner both nights which was delicious

It was great. Just need to know it takes 35/40 min bus ride to beach but amazing.
