"Good stay close to the airport"

Booked this hotel due to proximity to the airport. Service was excellent from the start. The shuttle picked me up from the airport promptly and I was allowed to check in about 30 min before the scheduled booking time. The location is great with restaurants, ATM and convenience store in walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and ready early. The shuttle service came through again the next morning. I will definitely consider this hotel anytime I have a flight from Monterrey.

"Excellent Hampton property close to the airport"

The hotel was very nice, quite similar to Hampton in the US. The grounds were lovely, it had all the amenities you could need. Top notch free breakfast, the best I had in a hotel in Mexico. Also, free shuttle to the airport, with a good selection of stores and restaurants beside the hotel.

It was expensive, and there are cheaper options in the same area. The price was higher than quoted on booking due to the exchange rate. The value for the money increases if you intend to use the gym, pool, etc.

"Poor connection "

The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the airport, Located in an industrial area nothing interesting there. The mountain are 1 hour away. The breakfast is OK. It has small gym. There's a chilli restaurant next door. The hotel condition is so bad it should be a motel Dirty, dimmed, old furniture, uncomfortable bed, and smell of sewer is strong, I smelled in while sleeping. Not coming back here. C U AROUND
