Limpieza regular, el desayuno es prácticamente inexistente, solo cereal y café!!!!!

Honestly nothing.

Mildew smell, everything was dirty, all linens were stained. Window was filled with water. Staff was unfriendly.

Nothing, room was old and had a bad odor but I didn’t want to create more hassle. Bathroom was not clean and sheets should be replaced.

Dirty, musty odor, staff was not accommodating although I paid for 2 nights and only needed one date. They were firm on the cancellation policy and I don’t believe that good customer service dictated that I should be liable for both days.

The price seemed okay. I now know why.

The sheets and pillowcases seemed fresh but the duvet had stains and hair on them and so did the silver cover on top of that. There were poop splatters on the bathroom walls and mold growing around the bathtub. The breakfast area was pretty sad. The orange juice was watered down. The hash browns were still cold in the center, so maybe not cooked long enough. No fruit available, most continental breakfasts at least have apples or bananas.

The location was fine.

The room was gross. There were patched holes in the walls that weren't painted or covered up. The floors were falling apart. The bathtub was not clean. It smelled like Marijuana. The coffee machine at breakfast was broken. The fitness center that was advertised on the booking site was actually a separate gym located 5 minutes away. That was very deceiving based on what I saw on the website. I am not a picky person, but I would never stay here again.

I was getting harassed my whole stay I couldn’t enjoy anything and breakfast wasn’t good either started at 7 ended at 10 nd we made it a few mins after it started nd it wasn’t no food I would never book here again staff very rude
