Needed better housekeeping practices. Large stain on one of the bed spreads. Toilet seat loose and moved when you sat on it. Black mold inside toilet under rim.
Very comfortable and clean. No hot food for breakfast as shown in pictures. No jacuzzi as listed on site. Pool was out of service. The bathroom door needed painting and there was a huge cobweb at the top of the curtain.
It was a very nice stay very clean and quite easy parking and very friendly
Check-in was fast and easy, Barbara was amazing. We couldn’t get adjoining rooms but such is the life. The shower curtaining rm 215 needs attention and positioning the shower curtain presented difficulty but the water pressure was good and it heated up quickly 👍. Also I’d reserved with Hittls.com but someone on the desk one night about a week before the trip was able to add another day onto my stay without difficulty or grief. All in all my stay was good. Caution: a protruding piece of metal near the bottom of the NW staircase jabbed me in the buttocks as I stepped down from the side of my van. The injury is minor, while it tore my jeans and broke the skin causing minimal bleeding, I didn’t feel the need to report it or attempt to cause any problems, but it should be addressed to avoid future issues. There are a lot of sue happy people out there and I want Quality Inn to be there the next time I go home to visit.
Did not get towels only once did not clean my room and the door when you opened it, you had to reopen it or it would’ve kept beeping the whole time
The shower didn’t work. Had to change rooms. Next room had no towels. The property is old and rundown. Won’t stay there again.
Lovely staff, clean neat and tidy rooms, excellent continental included breakfast, and tight across the road from petrol stations, grocery stores and takeaway
We had a room that faced the street. It was rather noisy. There were NO towel racks in the room. That was very inconvenient and an amazing oversight.
Pretty good. A bit of a funky smell in the room. Air con quite loud. Serviceable for a night at the price-point. Breakfast was included and decent. Good location.
The shower walls were dirty/moldy.
