The front desk receptionist was kind, courteous and professional. The bed spread was dirty and so was the pool. We left and got a different hotel.

It didnt smell fresh, very stale. The bathroom floor was not clean around the toilet. Needed to be updated. For the price it was unacceptable.

As a senior woman it is important to me to feel safe at a hotel. I did feel safe here. The room was on the ground floor, good for me since I have bad legs. The bed was comfortable. I probably would have slept better if I had remembered to turn on the AC before turning out the lights! (Senior moment) I didn't stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The bathroom was clean and the towels soft and absorbent.
Our visit was just one night. The lady checking us in was very professional and extremely friendly. The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The continental was good. Had a variety of items. The bathroom lights were old, some updating could be done. But all in all it was a good stay. I'd definitely come back.
The vending machines didnt work,everything else was fine.
Friendly and issue free check in. Clean room but back of bathroom door could be wiped down. Weird that toiletries included lotion but not shower gel. Only issue is there is a second floor to this hotel and there is no elevator.
