Отличный отель! Останавливаюсь здесь уже не в первый раз и всегда остаюсь доволен. В этот раз сделали апгрейд до номера люкс — номер очень просторный, комфортный и уютный. Также понравился ресторан: вкусная еда, хорошее обслуживание и приятная атмосфера. Большое спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство, особенно сотруднику Улугбеку за внимательность, профессионализм и доброжелательное отношение к гостям. Обязательно вернусь снова!

The staff were very helpful. Provided me with lots of tips for visiting Kokand. Arrange a car for me to visit Margillan. Extended my check-out untill 4 pm at no cost. The hotel location is convicnient, within walking distance to the Palace.

Hôtel confortable, jardin agréable, c’est propre et moderne Globalement bon rapport qualité prix

La piscine était fermée car il avait plu et elle avait tournée, dommage… Le personnel notamment au restaurent était plutôt incompétent et la moitié de la carte n’était pas disponible, dommage pour un « palace »

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Many thanks in particular to Ulubeg who helped us from the minute we entered the hotel to the minute we left. And helped navigate our way through the spaghetti soup for two incompetents with none of the local languages
