We were looked after very well by attentive and welcoming staff, who were helpful throughout our entire stay. The room looked out over peaceful gardens. The food was really tasty amd well presented.

Отель понравился больше всех где я был в Узбекистане. Высокий уровень сервиса и качество номеров. Прекрасный ресторан с европейским меню, которого не нашел в других кафе в городе. Неплохой завтрак. Хороший WiFi. Очень любезные сотрудники ресепшн.

Я остался очень доволен пребыванием в Asmald Palace Hotel. Номера чистые, современные и уютные — дизайн очень стильный. Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный, на все мои просьбы реагировали быстро и с искренней заботой. Завтрак и ресторан на высоком уровне, блюда очень вкусные. В отеле я чувствовал себя комфортно и в безопасности. Расположение удобное — недалеко от центра города. В целом здесь я почувствовал настоящую узбекскую гостеприимность. Обязательно вернусь снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям!

Very clean comfortable and modern hotel Staff very helpful Nice pool area and garden Very close to the sights in the city that tourists might want to visit

The restaurant is a wee bit soulless in the evenings - there are plenty of more vibrant restaurants nearby On one day of the stay the hotel had a day long event by the pool which closed off the communal areas all day depriving us of the facilities we had paid for the use of - unfortunately the staff did not communicate this in advance to use - which would have been helpful and would have helped us work round the inconvenience: please take this as feedback for staff development to improve services to future guests
