"Terrible customer service"

Nothing,terrible customer service,had driven 20 hours that day and got refused a room from Scott at the counter. Did absolutely nothing to help me out

Scott at the counter refused to let me use my debit MasterCard for the security deposit, even though i had paid for the room online.Dont have a credit card anymore, Lost my money and had no room to stay for the night. Worst customer service experience

"Awful attitude and false description "

The street is under construction, the ‘on-site parking’ in the description is actually an uncovered ungated public parking lot one block away in Regina downtown. It is impossible to sleep tight when thinking your vehicle could be broken-in in any minute during the night. I made the reservation then drove to the hotel, discovered the situation and ask for cancellation. They refuse to refund the reservation I made just 20 minutes ago. Don’t recommend at all if you drive a car.
