Great location, a few minutes' walk away from downtown. Easily accessible by public transportation to get to and from the trainstation and also to the MECC conference center. Very nice and helpful staff that did their best to help and make sure you are taken care of. Comfortable bed and nice water pressure in the shower. Room facilities of coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator and safe were great. Also good side room. Breakfast was good and they offered to make your egg your way, options of vegetables and fruit, quite satisfactory.

The hotel needs some upkeep. The pillows of the bed were huge, and thus not comfortable. My corridor smelled of cigarette smoke to such extend, that I had to switch rooms. The room I switched to didn't lock, so I switched again. The gym had unfortunately no weights and was not clean with lots of dust on the floor.. Also no towels present in the gym and no option to clean the cardio machine after use. Too bad, because they have enough space there to set up a (basic) weight section and make sure it's clean so the experience would be much nicer.
