Schlechte Verarbeitung der Holzverarbeitung im Zimmer, Scharfe Ecke beim Badezimmer neben Tür hat meine Frau den Arm aufgerissen.

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, zentrale Lage. Sicheres Parken im Parkhaus um die Ecke. Nur ein paar Schritte zur Altstadt.

-Lage perfekt in der Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig -Parkhausin der Nähe, gutes Sicherheitskontzept und geräumige Stellplätze. -sehr gutes Frühstück, -sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen

Badezimmer ist in teilen renovierungsbedürftig Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht (do-mo)und um Reinigung inkl wäschewechsel bereits nach der 1.nacht zur Mitte des Aufenthalts (samstags)gebeten, das wurde zugesagt aber nicht erledigt, Wäsche erst auf nochmalige Nachfrage gestellt sämtliche Abfalleimer waren unverschlossen, wurden 3tage nicht geleert ! Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte dann am 3.Tag , dann auch nochmaliger wäschewechsel
